Hi, I’m Jacob.
I’m a solo photographer based in Panama City Beach, and I personally handle every shoot from booking to delivery. You deal with me directly, with no office or middleman, and I’m the one who shows up at the property.

What happens during a shoot?
I walk through the property, set up lighting, and capture every room at its best. A standard shoot takes 45–90 minutes depending on the size of the home and the services you ordered.
How to get the home photo-ready
- Tidy every room and put away personal clutter
- Turn on all interior lights
- Open blinds and curtains
- Make sure the landscaping looks presentable
- In occupied homes, put away valuables and private items
How fast will I get my photos back?
Photos and floor plans are delivered the next day. Videos, including drone video, take 2–5 days. You'll get an email with a download link as soon as your media is ready.
What if it rains on the day of my shoot?
Rain affects exterior and drone shots, so if it's raining I'll reschedule the exterior photos and drone for a dry day, at no extra cost. Interiors can still be shot as planned. If the weather is severe, I'll reach out to move the whole shoot.
Are detail photos worth adding?
Detail photos are close-ups of high-end finishes, fixtures, appliances and architectural features. They help buyers notice quality they'd miss in wide shots and add polish to any listing. They're $25 per 5 photos.
Should I book a real twilight shoot or go virtual?
A real twilight shoot happens at sunset, when the lights glow and the sky turns color. It's $250 for 8 on-the-ground twilight photos and 3–5 drone twilight photos. Virtual twilight turns a daytime exterior into a dusk scene in editing for $15 per photo, with no sunset scheduling. Go real for a listing you want to stand out; go virtual for a quick, budget-friendly upgrade.
My listing is empty. Will virtual staging help it sell?
Virtual staging digitally adds furniture, decor and lighting to photos of empty rooms. It costs a fraction of physical staging and helps buyers picture how they'd live in the space. It's $15 per photo, delivered the next day with 2 free revisions.
How do I book a Zillow Showcase listing?
Showcase media is booked inside your Zillow account, not through my booking page. First get a Zillow Showcase subscription. Then open your listing in Zillow, click “Get media,” choose “Invite your own photographer” and select 850Photography. I'll accept the invite, shoot at your chosen time and upload everything straight to your Zillow listing.
Are floor plans included?
Yes. A 2D floor plan is free with every real estate photo package, and the Zillow Showcase package includes Zillow's interactive floor plan. Vacation rental owners can add a 2D floor plan for $20, which helps keep the evacuation map posted in your condo or house up to code. Any 2D plan can be upgraded to a 3D floor plan with accurate furniture renderings for $100.
