Thank you for choosing 850Photography, a premier real estate and vacation rental photography service in the Florida Panhandle. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please review them carefully.

### 1. **Services Offered**

850Photography provides professional photography services for real estate and vacation rental properties in the Florida Panhandle. Our services include, but are not limited to, high-quality photography, drone photography, and virtual tours.

### 2. **Acceptance of Terms**

By using our website and services, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

### 3. **Modifications to Terms**

850Photography reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

### 4. **Copyright and Ownership of Images**

All images captured and delivered by 850Photography are owned by the company until full payment has been made. Upon receipt of full payment, 850Photography grants the client a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the images for the purposes of real estate listings, marketing, and promotional materials related to the property photographed.

**Restrictions:** Clients may not resell, re-license, or transfer the images to third parties without the express written consent of 850Photography.

### 5. **Booking and Cancellation**

**Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in a cancellation fee of $50. Exceptions may be made for severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances at 850Photography’s discretion.

### 6. **Payment Terms**

Payment for all services is due within 48 hours of receiving the final invoice. 850Photography reserves the right to withhold delivery of images until full payment is received.

### 7. **Client Responsibilities**

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is ready for photography at the scheduled time. This includes cleaning, staging, and removing personal items as necessary. 850Photography is not responsible for any issues related to the appearance of the property that could have been addressed by the client.

### 8. **Liability**

850Photography will take all reasonable steps to ensure the quality and accuracy of the images. However, we are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the images provided.

**Drone Usage:** If drone photography is requested, the client is responsible for ensuring compliance with any local or federal regulations governing the use of drones.

### 9. **Privacy Policy**

Any personal information provided to 850Photography during the course of booking and providing services will be handled in accordance with our [insert privacy policy link].

### 10. **Governing Law**

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Florida.
